Overseeing and managing the Madisonville Office is the President G. Herbert Pritchett. He holds the MAI & CCIM designations. He has qualified as an expert witness in United States Court of Claims (Washington, DC), United States District Courts in Kentucky and Tennessee and various state courts in Kentucky and Tennessee.

David A. White is the firm's residential appraiser and he has over 35 years of experience in single-family valuations.  Our residential department serves all of Hopkins County and the surrounding counties of Webster, McLean, Caldwell, Crittenden, Muhlenberg, and northern Christian County.
